All of our items are shipped via Australia Post Standard, Express & International Service. Please use the below Australia Post shipping time frames as a guideline:

          We cannot ensure a guaranteed delivery time for all orders once they have been shipped by us. Please understand that any shipping delays caused by Australia Post/International Australia Post after the item has been dispatched are beyond our control. We will provide tracking information for all orders, however it is important to remember that any responsibility rests solely with the customer.

           

          International Shipping - Duties & Taxes:

          Duties & taxes for all international orders are not covered by Lot 314. Please check your local tax rates, as these can be high and payment will be required prior to delivery of your order.

          Lot 314 will not be responsible or offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional duties & tax charges. If a fee is not paid, your order will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.


          Stolen, Damaged or Lost Parcels:

          We are unable to offer reimbursement for postage should your parcel become delayed, returned to sender, damaged in transit or lost. It is the customer's responsibility to determine a safe and secure delivery location.


          Fragile Items:

          We take the utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure you receive them as you should. However, if you have received a faulty item, please kindly send us a message at studio@lot314.com.
